Scheduler

The FltOps Scheduler module provides two tools for viewing and manipulating your schedule - the Scheduler (Gantt) and the Scheduler (WeekView). The Scheduler (Gantt) and Scheduler (WeekView) are designed to work hand-in-hand, with similar navigation and filtering controls and one button "toggling". Features include:

  • Custom schedule "views" allow you to look at schedules for only specified aircraft and crewmembers. This means you can put together meaningful groups, such as all of the aircraft in your fleet of a particular type along with the crewmembers legal for the aircraft type.
  • Domicile drop down list displays the schedule for aircraft and crew based at a specified airport
  • Double clicking an item displays the Trip Editor, allowing every detail of the trip to be viewed and edited

Scheduler (Gantt)

The Scheduler (Gantt) looks like an electronic "whiteboard". All activities, such as trips, maintenance, vacation, etc, are posted in customizable colors to give a quick, visual representation of aircraft and crew availability.

Scheduler (WeekView)

The Weekview displays a more detailed 7 day view of the schedule, that shows route of flights, scheduled out/in times, and numerous user-configurable options.
