Outlook Interface

The Outlook Interface enables FltOps to "talk" to Outlook and automatically post trips to one or more Outlook calendars.

• publish FltOps data to Outlook calendars in local and/or public folders
• Create an unlimited number of calendar configurations, and filter the FltOps output to each different calendar
• Create an Outlook calendar entry for an entire trip, each duty day, or each flight segment
• The Outlook calendar entries may be customized and may include detailed leg-by-leg itinerary information, such as scheduled out and in times, city/airport names, FBO name and phone number, and leg comments.
