Gantt View

The Scheduler (Gantt) looks like an electronic "whiteboard". All activities, such as trips, maintenance, vacation, etc, are posted in customizable colors to give a quick, visual representation of aircraft and crew availability.

  • Aircraft and crews may be visually rescheduled via "drag and drop"
  • Non-flight activities may be visually scheduled with the mouse
  • PIlot training/checking/medical expirations are optionally displayed
  • Aircraft inspections, time life items, and deferred maintenance item expirations are optionally displayed, based on estimated hours and cycles to be flown during upcoming scheduled trips
  • Double clicking a trip displays the trip in the Trip Editor (the FltOps trip and itinerary building tool)
  • Custom "views" filter the schedule by any combination of aircraft and crewmembers
  • the schedule may be "filtered" by domicile, trip status, and date range
  • Each different type of schedule activity has customizable color, text color, and width
  • Controls for zooming in/out and printing
