Please note that FltOps Support pricing applies only to users that are licensed for FltOps Desktop.

There are two different support options available for FltOps users - Premium Support and Standard Support. Premium Support, which is included at no extra cost for the first license year, includes upgrades to licensed modules and one annual update to airport and FBO data. Thereafter, you may opt to continue Premium Support for 30% of the current license fees for your FltOps modules. If you discontinue Premium Support and subsequently want to reinstate, the charge is 50% of the current license fees for your FltOps modules.

FltOps customers that do not elect to continue Premium Support Plan may instead pay for support and upgrades on an "as needed" basis. Standard Support is billed in 30 minutes increments, called "events", which includes the time required to research and/or provide the requested information. A Standard Support event is $75 USD and must be paid for at the time the support is provided.
