FltOps 330 Help
Aircraft rates window
FltOps uses aircraft rates (or “charter rates”) to calculate quotes and prices for trips and allows you to define an unlimited number of rate structures. Each rate structure is uniquely identified by a rate name and the rates are made available on the Cost page of the Trip Editor.
Each rate structure in the rate structure listing is available to all aircraft. A default rate may be assigned to each tail number and will automatically be applied when the aircraft is assigned to a trip. Default rates are assigned in either the Aircraft Information window.
The Aircraft Rates window is displayed by selecting from the Main Menu. There are 2 ways to find a particular rate structure.
Select the rate from the drop down list in the upper left corner of the Aircraft Rates window.
Click the Find
button
on the Primary Navigation
Toolbar (which is displayed by selecting from the main menu and checking "Primary Navigation
Toolbar"). Type the name of the rate for which you're looking into
the "Matching" text box and click the Find
button.
Detailed information for the selected rate is displayed on 7 different pages of the window:
