Flight Time & Duty Records

FltOps Crew Records are fully integrated with other FltOps tools, such as charter quoting, trip planning tools, and the FltOps Scheduler, which minimizes the amount of data entry required for maintenance of flight time and duty records.

• FltOps automatically updates duty records, commercial flight time totals, and takeoff and landing currency when a trip is "closed out" with the Flight Log Editor
• FltOps reduces data entry by performing a sophisticated astronomical calculation based on the block out/in times and automatically assigning day or night takeoffs and landings in accordance with FARs.
• Both pilots get credit for the flight time, but only the pilot flying gets credit for the takeoff and landing.
• Displays summary of commercial flight time totals for either 135.265 or 135.267
• Has special provisions for tracking non-flight duty and non-company flight time.
• Produces concise, compliance oriented reports

Training, Checking, and Medical Requirements

FltOps tracks an unlimited number of authorizations and associated training, checking, and medical requirements for an unlimited number of pilots. Scheduling of upcoming training and checking is simplified with the help of readable training/checking forecast reports.
